Skin Kissed Policies
There is a no refund policy on services completed at Skin Kissed. If you have a bad reaction or response to a service or product, Skin Kissed will, at it’s discretion, offer a follow up treatment to help relieve or correct said reaction. There MAY OR MAY NOT be a charge for a follow up service due to said reaction/response.
Unopened Products may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase.
There will be no refunds on opened tools or hardware.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, without contacting me to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. You will be also be required to put down a $50. deposit to secure any future bookings and a credit card will be kept on file to assure your hold. Please note that to cancel your appointments Skin Kissed requires that you call 480-331-1105. Clients who no show on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked, unless they have a service package to cover the services.
Cancellations and Reschedules
Cancellations and Reschedules are accepted within 48 hours prior to your appointment.
I am extremely flexible with my schedule and always understand when emergencies and life challenges come up.
However, this is my business and not a hobby. At the sole discretion of Skin Kissed, LLC. A $50 (non-refundable) deposit will be required for habitual cancellers and reschedulers, and in some cases,
a person may be blocked from booking any future appointments.
Gratuity (tipping) is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is $15%-20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. I greatly appreciate your generosity!
Gift Cards / Gift Certificates
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances.
Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
